Event Report Orientation Program by CareerCrafters Date: September 06, 2024 Venue: Seminar Hall, 6th block, MAIT Report: On the 6th of September 2024, CareerCrafters, the official personality development society of the Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) department of Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology (MAIT), successfully organized an orientation program. The event took place in the Seminar Hall of the EEE department, located in the 6th block of the college. The primary audience consisted of enthusiastic first and second-year students eager to learn about the society and the opportunities it offers for personal and professional growth. The orientation began with a warm welcome by the society members, who introduced the attendees to the objectives and vision of CareerCrafters. The society aims to hone the communication, leadership, and soft skills of students, preparing them for future challenges in both academic and professional environments. The event was graced by the presence of esteemed faculty members: Mrs. Monika Bhardwaj and Mrs. Ayushi Aggarwal, the faculty coordinators of CareerCrafters, along with Dr. Monika Gupta, Head of the EEE Department. Their motivational speeches highlighted the importance of personality development in complementing technical skills and encouraged the students to actively participate in society's initiatives. Throughout the orientation, the CareerCrafters team engaged the audience with interactive sessions and an overview of upcoming workshops and events.
